Greg Georgic
President

Greg Georgic, President comes to KKSG with over 27 years of experience beginning work in 1979. As president and CEO of Davis and Associates and Acordia, Greg was responsible for increasing revenues of that company from $300,000 to $9.5 million in just under 11 years. He was involved in all aspects of the business including Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Product Line Development, and Claims Administration and Cost Control. 

John Keister
Vice President, Finance & Administration

John Keister, our Vice President of Finance & Administration, has over 30 years of experience in Ohio Workers' Compensation. John received a BS in Education concentrating in the areas of Chemistry and Physical Science, from Ohio University in 1972, and began his career in the insurance industry. John came to Industrial Advisors Bureau, Inc., in 1973, and ran their Columbus operation for over 15 years. John is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), and his areas of expertise also include, Actuarial Workers' Compensation, Accounting, Claim Administration, and Personnel Management.

Lori Blaser
Self-Insured
Department Manager

Lori Blaser has experience in the Workers' Compensation industry since 1980, and is Manager of the Self Insurance Department and takes a pro-active approach to effective cost control and client service.

Scott Stephens
State Fund Account Executive

Scott Stephens, an Account Executive in the State Fund Department, has experience in the Workers' Compensation industry since 1993.  Scott received a BS in Business Administration and Political Science from Heidelberg College.

Chris Penwell
State Fund Rate Analyst

Chris Penwell, one of our first employees is our Rating Analyst and has experience in the Workers' Compensation industry since 1992.  Chris is a dedicated client service employee that treats each and every phone call as she would her own family.

Dan Kress
Self-Insured Account Executive

Dan Kress returned to KKSG in August 2004 after 4 1/2 years at one of our Self Insured clients as a Workers’ Comp Coordinator for many different States.  Dan has been in the Workers’ Compensation business since 1994 and is currently an Account Executive for our Self Insured Department.

Courtney Glover                        Senior Account Executive

Courtney Glover, Senior Account Executive, has worked in the Worker's Comp industry for over 25 years, 21 of which were with the same employer who was Self Insured and Self Administered.  She has multi-state experience in administering self-insured claims as well as OSHA recordkeeping knowledge.

Matthew Cullman
Self-Insured Claims Assistant

Matt Cullman, Self Insured Assistant, began his career in Worker's Compensation nearly 15 years ago and took a several year break to pursue other interests.  Unable to resist the Bureau's call, Matt returned to the industry & lucked upon KKSG as his re-entry point, assisting in our Self Insured dept.

Terrella Lee-DeCarlo
Self-Insured Account Executive

Terrella Lee-DeCarlo has experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry since 2001.  She has experience as a Medical Secretary in a hospital and in a doctors office and currently works as an Account Executive in the Self Insured Department at KKSG.

Lisa Weaver
State Fund Account Executive

Lisa Weaver joined KKSG in 2018, as support staff in our State Fund department and is now a State Fund Account Executive.   Lisa previously worked as a Hearing Representative and Account Executive at Davis and Associates and Acordia beginning in 1992.  Lisa received  a BA in Business Psychology from Miami University. 

Amie Wells
Self-Insured Account Executive

Amie Wells joined KKSG in July of 2012. Amie has almost 12 years of experience in the industry and 7 years of previous experience at Careworks MCO.  Amie is very detail oriented and resourceful, therefore, a great fit for Self Insured claims representation.
